Our Structure
O’Neill’s Regiment is a tightly organised and highly professional unit, led by a General serving as the Commanding Officer. Supporting the General is a team of staff officers and a Second-in-Command, ensuring that leadership is continuous and coordinated. Every member of the regiment has a role to play: Camp Commanders oversee daily operations in the field, the Regimental Quartermaster manages supplies and equipment, and the Regimental Provost maintains order and discipline. The baggage train, comprising of those preferring to recreate an authentic camp life supported by invalided soldiers who are no longer able to take an active part in the battles, is an essential part of the regiment’s success. It is ensuring that the combat units have the resources they need to operate effectively. Each combat discipline is led by its own dedicated commander, allowing the regiment to combine expertise, precision, and teamwork across every mission. In O’Neill’s Regiment, there truly is a role for everyone, and every role is vital.
